Bought my carrier a few weeks ago. With the help of Pauline I got to choose the perfect carrier for me and my child . She was very patient into explaining step by step on how I can use it , she' s simply amazing. Went on a hoilday few days ago and I wouldn' t know what I would have done without it ... A lifesaver! Pauline is amazing, very knowledgeable on the subject and full of ideas...she showed me how to baby wear my little one with my Ergo, but she didn't stop at that.
